Teaching and Learning Approach
The Administrative Procedures course covers a wide variety of topics essential to the office worker. Assigned
readings, problem solving discussions, and reinforcement exercises are your principal learning activities.
Problem solving cases encourage students to think critically and develop their problem-solving and decision-
making skills. Textbook assignments provide realistic, practical exercises that simulate the office environment.
Four online theory tests validate student understanding of the concepts and terminology. And a final simulation
gives students the opportunity to practice learned skills in an administrative role scenario.Learning Resources
