Teaching and Learning Approach
This course will be flavored up by using real life stories of my many years’ experience of working in industry. We
will be using Moodle as our main portal. I have built in many links for your convenience, and will continue to add
more information into Moodle as we work through the semester. This is an interesting time in the accounting
world. In Canada the three legacy accounting bodies have merged in to one (CPA) and through the world many
countries are looking to unify the Accounting Standards. We will cover a chapter each week, and I will
demonstrate how to solve them problems using Excel in class.Learning Resources
