SROM156 Database Management

SROM 156: Database Management will encompass the basic concepts in the understanding, querying and maintenance of a database system using Microsoft Access 2016. Creating, editing and maintaining tables, queries, forms and reports are covered. In the second segment of the course students will study industry specific database management systems, investigate database needs for ski areas, research database use by various ski hills / resorts, and report findings to the class. Students will present their findings through group presentations.
