PACS 303 Restorative Justice Practice

PACS 303 Restorative Justice Practice is a sequel course to PACS 301 Directed Studies in Restorative Justice. In this course, the student carries out the proposal developed in PACS 301 by completing a 90-hour restorative justice practicum or project in the workplace, school or community. (Spring offering only)

Prerequisites: PACS 203 and PACS 301 both with a minimum of 60%

Learning Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be able to:

  1. Bridge knowledge about restorative justice theory to restorative justice practice and demonstrate an understanding of the process of operationalizing concepts into action
  2. Critically reflect on their practice-based learning by evaluating their experience and learning relative to the proposal, both independently and in concert with their instructor and field mentor
