NSLX 102 Beginners n̓səl̓xčin 2 is designed to help students to continue to develop Salish communication skills including: speaking, listening, reading and writing. Students will also be introduced to some aspects of Sinixt culture.
Prerequisites: NSLX 101 with a minimum grade of 60%

Upon successful completion of this course, the learner will be able to:
- Produce increasingly complex enunciations and auto-biographical statements
- Ask and answer questions about people, places, and events
- Conduct brief conversations
- Respond to common oral and written expressions
- Explain the meaning of basic written information
- Understand simple n̓səl̓xčin̓ language čaptíkʷɬ (traditional stories)
- Reproduce essential language components and cultural expressions
