ESL 04 English as a Second Language

School of Academic Upgrading and Development

ESL 04 English as a Second Language is structured into group sessions. It is a focused study on skill-building English skills in the workplace. We will work on developing competency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening in day-to-day life. These ESL classes also provide one on one adult tutoring, where you will develop your writing, work with some math, computer and job skills. Your instructor can also help you connect with a local settlement worker, who can connect you with the regional services your need, find work, and if needed prepare for citizenship.
