CWRT100 Studies In Writing I

CWRT 100 Studies in Writing I. An in-depth exploration of narrative structure, point of view, imagery, metaphor and word choice will prepare students to produce original compositions in any genre. Students will be expected to submit original writing for workshop in two of the three genres discussed this semester—poetry, fiction, non-fiction. The craft of writing criticism on theory and form will also be introduced.
